The continuous annealing line of stainless steel adopts direct heating, and the maximum furnace temperature can reach up to 1200°C. It is recommended to use our low NOx air-staged burner, SNLNOx. For SNLNOx, either cold air or preheated air up to 450°C is suitable, and the turndown ratio is 1:3. Low NOx emissions are guaranteed by the multi-stage air supply structure and the Sinnox-Flame ® combustion technology, regardless of how hot the combustion air is.

The SINNOx radiant burner with flue gas recirculation, used in conjunction with U-shaped or W-shaped radiant tubes, is a low NOx emissions burner independently developed by our company. There are single-stage recuperators, I-shaped double-stage recuperators, and L-shaped double-stage recuperators with different heat exchange efficiencies to choose from.
