Combustion System for CGL

The SINNOx radiant burner with flue gas recirculation, used in conjunction with U-shaped or W-shaped radiant tubes, is a low NOx emissions burner independently developed by our company. There are single-stage recuperators, I-shaped double-stage recuperators, and L-shaped double-stage recuperators with different heat exchange efficiencies to choose from.

 

This burner has been adopted in many galvanizing lines both domestically and internationally. The horizontal galvanizing line of a company in Indonesia has been put into production. This galvanizing line, with a furnace temperature of up to 900°C, uses our single-stage recuperator and the SINNOx radiant tube burner with flue gas recirculation. It is also equipped with a solenoid butterfly valve on the air pipeline, a slow-opening solenoid valve on the gas pipeline, and ignition and detection are carried out through the burner controller SCU 2.2.

The SINNOx burner demonstrates high heat exchange efficiency, high air preheating temperatures, and low NOx emissions, regardless of how hot the combustion air is.
