Regenerative Combustion System for Pusher-Type Furnace

The regenerative burner uses a regenerator to maximize the recovery of heat from flue gas, achieving a very high air preheating temperature and greatly reducing energy consumption. However, the higher preheating temperature also leads to poor temperature uniformity and higher NOx emissions.

 

The pusher-type furnace of a special steel factory in Shandong has been reformed with the regenerative burner SX, which adopts Sinnox-Flame technology. This greatly reduces natural gas consumption while ensuring NOx emissions meet the requirements of relevant standards.
